Crucial problems in arranged the lesson plan of vocational teacher

<span>This study aimed to explore the implementation of 2013 curriculum in vocational schools, Banten terms readiness and quality learning tools that have been prepared. A total 957 respondents from 2017 2018, consisting four cities three districts Province were involved training mentoring program, namely teachers vice-principals field. Data collected using questionnaire sheets, FGD notes, observation check dates. The data obtained are analyzed interpreted based on specified categories. results showed that: 1) Teacher for components a) Core Competencies (CC) Basic (BC) analysis 45.31%, b) Program mapping 38.37%, plan preparation 39.45% c) Learning evaluation 36.78%; 2) lesson (LP) science instrument (SLPAI) is divided into two groups. category "Quality" instructional program aspects, "Moderate" media assessment others aspects; 3) difficulty device components, including authentic assessment, use methods, literacy approaches, planning. training, mentoring, supervision programs adjusted experience taking account teacher's involvement curriculum, age, school readiness.</span>
